To Attract Men Your Energy Speaks Louder Than Words

Looks like she knows how to attract men

This morning I was talking with my good friend, Tamra, about how we manage our personal energy. We’ve all met people who immediately cause us to react a certain way because of their energy. It can be either repelling and we can’t wait to get away from them, or it can be attractive and we find them likable and pleasant to be around. Most people aren’t aware of their own energy as far as how they affect others, and it’s always interesting to observe others, and of course try to be aware of my own. My other coaching friends can always read my energy, even though we’re on the phone and I’m intentionally trying not to sound like something is bothering me. They bust me every time! (more…)

To Get A Man, Do You Have To Be Beautiful?

Does she think beauty helped her get a man?

The photo in this post is a common example of what we see on TV and in magazines as idealized feminine beauty: slim body, pretty face, and a good-looking guy who’s obviously intrigued with her. Most of us don’t realize how the deluge of subconscious messages we receive daily affects the way we feel about ourselves. The media continually reminds us that we need to lose those extra pounds, have perfect teeth, beautiful skin and hair, and be sexy to get a man.

Beauty’s only skin deep

Like many women, I was told by my mother that beauty’s only skin deep and I passed it on to my own daughter. I taught her that real and lasting beauty is what’s inside you and who you are as a human being. That all sounds good, but the daily bombardment of messages we get about what is beautiful, overpowers those maternal clichés. This is especially true when it comes to beliefs about how to get a man. How to Attract Men With Affirmations

We've still got what it takes to attract men!

While I’m not a big fan of repetitive affirmations without connecting them to your heartfelt feelings,

Jessica, the little girl in this video sure can teach us some lessons about how to attract men using affirmations. You’ve got to see this one. http://budurl.com/toloveme

What I love about the lesson for a lot of us women is that Jessica uses her entire body, movement, expressions, voice, and energy to bolster what she loves in herself and her life.

I’ve read that it helps to reinforce beliefs and changes desired in ourselves by incorporating body movement such as working out or dancing simultaneously with words or affirmations. (more…)

Self Power Tools for Talking With Mr. Right

Interesting....could you be Mr. Right?

When you first meet a man who’s attractive and appears to be a good candidate for your Mr. Right,it can be a bit

nerve-wracking to be a good conversationalist, show him who you are, and at the same time get to know him. It’s a very interesting dance you do and is somewhat like figuring out what song you want to dance to. This might be a stretch for comparison, but have you ever met a man at a nightclub where there’s music, and he comes up to you and asks you to dance? Then you tell him that you want to wait until there’s a good song? Maybe not, but I have; if I’m not feeling a song, it’s very hard for me to have fun dancing. However, if he was a gorgeous hunk, suddenly the song didn’t matter. Ha-ha! (more…)

Love Poetry From a Phenomenal Woman

We deserve love poetry honoring ourselves

Today I want to talk about love of ourselves and all of the subtle ways that we express ourselves as women.

When we acknowledge and embrace our grace and beauty as a woman, men notice and appreciate that which we appreciate in ourselves. I cannot write it any better than described in Maya Angelou’s poem called Phenomenal Woman. Here’s a brief excerpt but the entire poem is worth reading at http://budurl.com/loveallme
