Using Law of Attraction to Get A Man

The love of my life is a man I can trust

Most everyone has heard about the Law of Attraction since the movie The Secret became a global phenomenon a few years ago.

Some people were disappointed that a significant part of the process of attraction wasn’t clearly represented in the movie.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the law, the premise is that thoughts have an energy which attracts whatever it is the person is thinking about. In order to control this energy to one’s advantage, proponents say that

people must practice four things:

• Be very clear about and know exactly what you want

• Ask the universe or God for it (more…)

How to Attract Men With Affirmations

We've still got what it takes to attract men!

While I’m not a big fan of repetitive affirmations without connecting them to your heartfelt feelings,

Jessica, the little girl in this video sure can teach us some lessons about how to attract men using affirmations. You’ve got to see this one. http://budurl.com/toloveme

What I love about the lesson for a lot of us women is that Jessica uses her entire body, movement, expressions, voice, and energy to bolster what she loves in herself and her life.

I’ve read that it helps to reinforce beliefs and changes desired in ourselves by incorporating body movement such as working out or dancing simultaneously with words or affirmations. (more…)

Could the Love of My Life Be Different Than I Expect?

Yes, really, you're the love of my life.

Absolutely! In fact, most of the women I’ve known who’ve found their “love of my life” have said he was nothing like they had imagined, including my own.

The difference was either his appearance, his type of work, his lifestyle, socio-economic level, his personality, or even his values. The most interesting difference I’ve heard about is in a recent article in Oprah Magazine called “The One”. The author, Allison Cooper, shares her poignant story of finding the man of her dreams who, as it turns out, used to be a woman. While Cooper and her man don’t consider themselves gay, she reveals the difficulty in explaining to family and friends how she could fall in love with a former woman who transformed herself into a man. No one was more surprised than Cooper herself. Read more http://budurl.com/judgenot (more…)

Find True Love by Chance or Choice

This is no way to find true love

“You can live by chance or choice. It’s really up to you.”~Anonymous

I really do love this quote.  I wonder how many people believe they have choices in what happens in their lives.

How many believe life just happens, and they have no control over events?  To me, this is a victim mentality that causes people who think they have no influence to continue to create or allow situations in which they can remain victims.  This sounds pretty cold-blooded, but it’s true and I’ve personally experienced this at times in my own life.  It’s so much easier to blame others for things going awry in our personal lives.

I know how difficult it is to recognize that we create everything that happens to us in our lives, as well as what doesn’t happen to us. In other words, we can create situations where we don’t get what we really want. My philosophy is that I want to live and die by my own sword, as the saying goes; meaning I can accept what happens to me—good or bad—as long as I’ve made a conscious choice. (more…)

How to Attract Men with Your Personal Brand

We hear a lot about branding these days, primarily when talking about companies marketing products—Toyota, Kellogg’s, Verizon.

You recognize those names and have an idea of the kind of company, product quality and service standards, because they’ve created a brand. Simply put, the brand tells the consumer that what you see is what you get, and you can count on the product to do what they say it will do. And if it doesn’t, here’s how it will be resolved, and here’s why you should trust them. So have you ever thought of making yourself a brand? And what makes having a personal brand improve your awareness of how to attract men? (more…)
