TELEPHONE COACHING SESSION
During a telephone coaching session, a BMM-DG Coach will be offering you information and suggestions meant to provide tools to enhance your life. All recommendations, suggestions, and/or statements made during the telephone coaching session are given for the sole purpose of informing you about ways to make potential improvements to your life.
BMM-DG makes no warranties, whether expressed or implied, pertaining to the content and training provided during these telephone coaching sessions. BMM-DG, in providing you with tools to make potential improvements to your life, cannot guarantee that these improvements will actually occur.
Further, BMM-DG does not accept responsibility for any personal injury, any property damage or any other type of loss resulting from your use or implementation of any or all BMM-DG recommendations or suggestions. You should be aware of your own circumstances and use your own good judgment to determine the suitability of BMM-DG recommendations and suggestions for your particular purposes and circumstances.
By registering for a BMM-DG telephone coaching session, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BMM-DG and all of its agents and employees from any claims, demands, causes of action, and damages, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of the use or implementation of these products or services.

Your ongoing learning is very important to us! At www.attractingtheloveofmylife.com, www.debgarraway.com and www.femininepotential.com, we intend to share continuing education for self-growth.
Thank you for registering for a BMM-DG workshop/teleseminar (this includes all workshops and seminars online and onsite workshops/seminars). Once you’ve registered online and we receive your full payment for this workshop/teleseminar, your registration is guaranteed. The provisions below are important, so please carefully read this document.

MINORS
If you are bringing a minor to participate in a workshop/teleseminar, you take responsibility as the parent or legal guardian for the actions of your child and agree not to hold BMM-DG responsible for any personal injury to the minor or any other type of loss due to negligence resulting from your child’s use or implementation of any or all BMM-DG recommendations or suggestions.
BMM-DG CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Full Refund Policy: Within 14 calendar days of a BMM-DG workshop/teleseminar or series, you may cancel your registration for a full refund. You must provide written notice of your cancellation via email to support@attractingtheloveofmylife.com; or, via US Mail and the cancellation must be postmarked 14 calendar days prior to a workshop/teleseminar. (Mail your cancellation letter to Brilliance MultiMedia, info@attractingtheloveofmylife.com, c/o The Buchta Law Offices, 18 Crow Canyon Court, Suite 325, San Ramon, CA 94583)
Partial Refund Policy: Up to 8 days prior to a BMM-DG workshop/teleseminar or series, you may cancel your registration for a 50% refund. You must provide written notice of your cancellation via email to support@attractingtheloveofmylife.com; or, via US Mail and the cancellation must be postmarked 8 calendar days prior to a BMM workshop/teleseminar. (Mail your cancellation letter to Brilliance MultiMedia, info@attractingtheloveofmylife.com, c/o The Buchta Law Offices, 18 Crow Canyon Court, Suite 325, San Ramon, CA 94583)
No Refund: Within 7 calendar days of a BMM-DG workshop/teleseminar or series, BMM-DG does not grant a refund. Once you attend any workshop/teleseminar, whether a stand-alone event or the first in a series, BMM-DG will no longer refund any portion of your registration.
Cancellation by BMM-DG of any workshop/teleseminar or series: If BMM-DG cancels a workshop/teleseminar or series, you will receive a letter informing you of the cancellation and offering you two options:
“Force Majeure” Cancellation: A “Force Majeure” cancellation is defined as any circumstance or act beyond the control of BMM-DG or that BMM-DG could not have reasonably anticipated or prevented, including but not severe weather conditions, political situations, etc. In the event of a “Force Majeure” cancellation BMM-DG will refund the entire tuition fee within 45 days of the scheduled workshop/teleseminar or series. BMM-DG is not responsible for any additional costs, beyond the tuition fee, incurred by you for traveling, lodging, etc.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Instructors: BMM-DG works hard to schedule the very best Instructors for its workshop/teleseminars. Sometimes conflicts arise and BMM-DG may need to change the Instructor for a particular workshop/teleseminar or workshop/teleseminar series. We regret any inconvenience to you that a change in Instructors may incur.
Travel and Lodging Expenses: BMM-DG does not assume the responsibility for or cover any expenses that you incur in relationship to registering, preparing for or attending the workshop/teleseminar series, including but not limited to: travel and lodging expenses, any workshop/teleseminar equipment and supplies, special clothing or other requirements, and/or work or holiday income loss or expense.
